Overview:
Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations, activities, and
coordination of the Outpatient Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine
department support staff. Responsibilities include personnel
management, maintaining facility, supplies and equipment;
overseeing clinic operations, safety systems, and the effective and
efficient deployment of support staff, while ensuring compliance
with regulatory, quality, customer services, and executive
standards. Identify and implement the operational needs of the
program and projects, and upcoming departmental pilots and program
initiatives. Support the process of developing, executing,
resolving issues, communicating, and driving the final results of
each pilot or program strategy while maintaining and applying PDCA
(plan, do, check, act, repeat) to previously launched initiatives.
Provide operational oversight support to the Outpatient Psychiatry
and Behavioral Medicine team. Provide administrative support of a
highly complex and responsible nature to department leadership.
Participate in the implementation of various process improvement
goals and projects. -#LI-JS2
Requirements:
Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Health
Services, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a healthcare or mental
health clinic setting Preferred: - Project management experience -
Three or more years supervisory experience - Customer service
experience - Experience in a healthcare organization and/or social
services agency - Experience with interdisciplinary projects
