Responsibilities Seattle Children's is seeking a Nurse Manager -
PATCH, to lead our Preadmission Testing Coordination Hub This
position is offering a 15,000 Sign-On, plus relocation assistance
for qualified externals. This is a full time exempt position.
Responsible to manage nursing staff and process related to Pre
Admission Testing and Coordination (PATCH) for surgical and
procedural patients across the system, meeting continuous quality
improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements
in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values.Ensure
safe, efficient and cost- effective care is provided to the
community, patients and families of community primary care
providers, and promote linkages and strategic regional
relationships with Seattle Children's.In conjunction with the
Perioperative Services leadership team, this position is
responsible for the implementation of CPI initiatives for Pre
admission testing and coordination services. Requirements Required
Education/Experience: - Graduate of an accredited school of
nursing. - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher).- Minimum of
two years of nursing experience. - Demonstrated leadership
experience. Required Credentials: - Current Washington State RN
license. - National certification in a clinical specialty area must
be obtained within 3 years of employment. - A copy of Bachelor's
degree in Nursing or transcripts indicating attainment of
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in nursing is to be on record with
Human Resources upon hire. Preferred: - Master's Degree in Nursing
or business related field. - Recent experience in perianesthesia or
ambulatory surgical management and/or leadership role. - Recent
clinical experience in a perianesthesia or ambulatory surgical
