This recruitment offers a $10,000 Signing Bonus to eligible new
employees joining UW MedicineUW Medical Center - Northwest has an
outstanding opportunity for a 90% FTE (36 hours per week), night
shift REGISTERED NURSE to join our inpatient Adult Psychiatric
Unit. Our Adult Psychiatric Unit focuses on adults aged 18 and up,
providing behavioral health care for individuals with depression,
anxiety, dementia, psychosis, and psychiatric comorbidities. Our
unit specializes in treatment plans, medication management, and
counseling services such as occupational and recreational therapy,
cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, and guidance on
relaxation and sleep techniques. We treat voluntary and involuntary
patients alike and have 27 beds available for intake. This is an

by following evidence-based nursing practicesManage complex health

of current or recent nursing experience, preferably in behavioral
