journey through community connections and accessible services.We
are seeking a Clinical Supervisor - GRAT to join the Assistant
Services Team in Seattle, WA!What will YOU do?The Geriatric
Regional Assessment Team (GRAT) Supervisor will oversee the work of
GRAT Social Workers and support the program's continued
development. GRAT is a home-visiting team that assesses and
develops interventions for people 55 and older experiencing
cognitive or behavior issues. The Clinical Supervisor will be
responsible for screening client referrals, ensuring that social
workers develop appropriate interventions, providing clinical
supervision to social workers, and developing relationships with
community partners doing similar work. This role will also work
closely with the Director of Assistance Services to improve program
effectiveness and efficiency and implement policies and
procedures.Pay Rate: $98,500 per yearWork Schedule: Monday -
Friday, 40 hours per week.Benefits:Great Medical, Dental, Vision,

recommendations based on current research and peer reviewed best
practices in community mental healthRecruit, train, and supervise
program staff. Be able to provide direction in all phases of a
client's case:Regularly meet one-on-one with staff to discuss
cases, clinical approaches, and self-care strategiesIdentify and
recommend professional development opportunities for staffBe
present and available to provide support for staffPerform
comprehensive screening of referred patients for the purpose of
determining a case prioritization and dispatching staff for home
visitsIdentify and recommend community organizations, treatment
providers, and practitioners for collaboration and referralsLead
GRAT team meetings to review case files and debrief assessments,
interventions, post-treatment follow upDevelop, train staff on, and
enforce standards for client records and case notesCreate
meaningful relationships with service providers in communities of
color and underserved communities to better understand the needs
and appropriate treatments of those communitiesDevelop and
implement case review policies, and regularly review staff case
files for accuracy, proper documentation, contract compliance, and
identifying trendsEstablish program policy standards that increase
the efficacy of GRAT work and prioritize the safety of staff and
clientsIdentify situations that may pose a danger to the health
and/or welfare of the staff and/or clients and take action to
mitigate risksMake staff aware of safety issues that may arise
working with clients experiencing acute non-crises and train them
in how to respond to threats, harassment, and the emotional
aftermath of such situationsAttends Assistance Services staff
meetings, agency meetings and training as appropriate or
requiredRequirementsMaster's degree in social work, psychology,
counseling, or related field is requiredAt least ten years of
professional experience working with older adults and/or individual
with cognitive, behavior, and/or substance abuse issues,
specifically individuals with compounding chronic conditions.A
minimum of five years' experience supervising staff.A valid
