Director of Health System Account Management
Truveta is the world's first health provider led data platform with

Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees
who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a
hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is
required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning
Weeks.
For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the
pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that
start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm
Pacific time.

Vision for this Role
- To provide world-class service to our health system members
that includes ensuring they appreciate the value of Truveta,
understand their obligations necessary to realize that value, and
are excited to broaden their relationship with Truveta
- To communicate the current and potential status of each current
health system member to the full Truveta team, such that Truveta
employees feel connected to their role in sustaining a healthy
membership
- To foster a community comprised of innovative and collaborative
health system leaders who actively contribute to and advise on
Truveta's growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own a scalable end-to-end member engagement program
for all health system member services.
- Assess health system members for strategic contribution to
Truveta's mission
- Engage members with Truveta (governance and collaboration
opportunities) and centrally track status for each health systemfor
executive and cross-functional communication within
Truveta
- Estimate value of Truveta to health system member (with
objective that value of offerings such as research, trial
enrollment, clinical data warehouse, VNA, and registries outweigh
embassy operating costs); deliver dedicated communications
regarding Truveta's value proposition, tailored to different levels
of the member organization, from analyst to CEO.
- Identify key performance indicators and metrics to measure
health system member satisfaction and areas of opportunity for
improvement as it relates to value
- Manage the Board of Governors committees and facilitate process
by which health system members advise and contribute to Truveta's
growth
- Contribute to the "Voice of the Member" with deep engagement
with Truveta Product, Marketing, Clinical Informatics and
Engineering teams to ensure we maximize our impact for Health
Systemsby conveying requirements from their perspective
- Support Life Science sales opportunities where applicable to
demonstrate collaboration opportunities with Health System
members.
- Refine the member experience in relation to product
utilization, delighting our health system members and reducing risk
of churn of membership
- Work autonomously within a high growth, ambiguous environment
with ability to make connections, balance competing priorities,
problem-solve, and reach critical decision points with appropriate
escalation and transparency
- Model adherence toTruvetaprinciples in support of ethical
innovation and commit to ongoing training on key topics like
privacy, ethics, and security.
An Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following:
- Passionate and intelligent about the potential for data to
transform healthcare
- 7+ years in account management and customer success efforts
(preferably in technology or healthcare companies) with
demonstrated success in both areas
- 7+ years working in the healthcare industry
- Attention to detail and flawless follow-up; proven track-record
of developing and implementing strategies, tracking performance,
and achieving desired objectives
- Desire to get hands-on with Truveta's health system offerings
(Control, Studio, CDW, VNA, etc), able to drive a great feedback
cycle between customers and R&D, and ability to collaborate
with stakeholders at different organizational levels and with
varying technical expertise.
- Excellent ability to develop external and internal
relationships with exceptional interpersonal, analytical, writing,
and verbal communication skills and demonstrated executive
presence
- Expertise in programmatic reporting and process automation
(Power BI skills preferred), Salesforce, program
management
- Team player who is highly motivated and organized, can navigate
a fast-paced organization with the ability to quickly grasp
concepts and information across a variety of subject areas,
demonstrated ability to thrive in uncertain and/or ambiguous
situations (start-up experience preferred)
- Graduate education preferred

- The base pay for this position is $122,000 to $194,500. The pay
range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on
several factors including location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are
eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and
stock options.
