UW Medical Center - Montlake Heart Institute has an outstanding
opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner
or Physician Assistant) to join our Cardiac Transplant team. The
APPs ensure that heart transplant recipients are treated with
appropriate immunosuppressive and anti-infective therapies, do not
have signs and symptoms of infection, rejection, and are optimally
medically managed to prevent complications and hospitalizations.
The APPs optimize goal directed medical heart failure therapies in
patients with AHF including evaluating and treating patients with
acute decompensated heart failure, clinically relevant atrial or
ventricular arrhythmias and maintenance of chronic advanced medical
heart failure therapies.
POSITION DETAILS
Full-time (100% FTE), Outpatient Ambulatory APP, Day Shift 40
hrs/week
