Job Description & Requirements
Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1450.00 - 1750.00

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. OT needed - ASAP start, 13-week assignment, open schedule needed as may float to other Tacoma sites. WA license must be in hand.

Required Qualifications
OT (skilled) - WA License IN HAND
Must be willing to float to other Tacoma sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Prior SNF Experience Preferred
