Home Health PRN Occupational TherapistInfinity Rehab is looking
for an Occupational Therapist interested in working in home health
(travel required). This position primarily evaluates and treats the
aging adult population. This includes program planning and
implementation, related documentation, and communication and
functions under a physician's orders.Infinity Rehab offers
