Many of our rooms have ceiling lifts. Our teams are supported by respiratory therapy, physical and occupational therapy, pharmacy on the units, case management on the units, and a team of engaged physicians. Come join our amazing critical care team.\n \nJob Summary:\nMedical Surgical Critical Care-This unit houses critical care patients needing ICU and PCU levels of care. With 24 large private rooms, patients are provided a healing, quiet space that allows for increased monitoring. Each room has full monitoring capabilities and is large enough to house pumps and ventilators without constricting the care team. ICU and PCU are both staffed using national standards of care. Ratios are 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3.\n \nEssential Duties:\n\n* Provides continuous cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia recognition and intervention. \n* Initiates and titrates multiple, complex cardiac related infusions at higher doses. \n* Manages intubated/mechanically ventilated patients. \n* Manages patients with acute neurological/neurosurgical events. \n* Manages acute trauma patients.\n\nQualifications\nJob Requirements: \n\n* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. \n* Previous PCU or ICU experience preferred. \n* Previous Emergency room experience also considered\n* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing. \n* Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification. \n* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or attainment within six months of hire. \n* CCRN/Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) preferred.\n\nPay Range\n$37.37 - $60.79 /hour
