The team is nationally recognized , and is even the official medical provider for multiple Seattle professional sports teams. Working on this floor as a Registered Nurse you will be part of a supportive team of nurses who work together as a cohesive unit to make the floor fun and engaging.\nWhat it's like to work on the new, state-of-the-art Jones 11 Orthopedic Surgical Unit? You will be a valued member of an interdisciplinary team comprised of nurses, patient care techs, physicians, physicians assistants, and physical and occupational therapy just to name a few. Your voice in the care you provide your patients matters here. We are a fast-paced surgical-based floor comprising 24 acute care beds. On Jones 11 you can expect to see patients needing an assortment of orthopedic procedures such as total joint replacements and spinal surgeries. \n \n \nWe deliver inspired people to do meaningful work.\n \n\n*Qualifications*\nWe require: \n\n* Current WA State RN license is required. \n* 1 or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients. \n* CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. \n* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.\nVirginia Mason offers much more than competitive compensation and benefits.
