$40.00 - $50.00 per hour - $5,000 Signing Bonus - Part-Time Shifts Available
Era Living is seeking a part-time Floor Nurses (LPN/RN) to become the newest members of our care team within our memory care unit at Ida Culver House Broadview, a beautiful retirement -community in North Seattle, WA. -
Part-time day shifts available. -Ida Culver House Broadview is close to several bus lines and has ample, free street parking nearby.

  Primary Responsibilities:
  The -Floor Nurse will contribute to the assessment of residents, implement health care services and collaborate with the Terrace Manager and Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  Ability to productively communicate with residents living with dementia and their familiesAbility to provide resident and family educationAbility to use a computer, with Word, spreadsheet, email and internetAbility to foster a positive environment and represent Era Living in a competent, professional mannerAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule formAbility to read, write and communicate in EnglishAbility to pass DSHS background check, required
  Education and Experience: -
  WA State RN or LPNMinimum 2 years' experience working with older adults; experience with dementia preferredMust be able to complete Modified Fundamentals of CaregivingAble to provide skilled nursing tasks to older adultsMust complete Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia specialty trainingMust have current CPR certificate
