Job Description:

living residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse
Assistant Certified (NAC), you will play an essential role in
helping us deliver the best possible experience for our residents,
families, and team members.

What you will do:
--- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents,
families, and team members. --- Assist residents with medication
administration and serve meals. --- Participate in the orientation
of new residents and employees. --- Respond to emergency situations
and complete incident reports as required. --- Maintain positive
relationships with residents, families, and co-workers. --- Support
a resident-centered social model of care in all work and
interactions. --- Perform other duties and responsibilities as
assigned.
What you need to succeed:
--- High school diploma or GED. --- Valid CNA/NAC certification in
the state of Washington. --- Experience with older adults or a
desire to serve older adults in a caregiving role. --- Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. ---
Customer service focus and skills. --- Highly motivated, organized,
and able to work independently. --- Able to make independent
judgment decisions. --- Able to use paging systems in the course of
day-to-day work.
