Salary: Hourly based on experience is MT: $32-$50 and MLT: $23-$37

  Responsibilities:
  
• Provide timely and accurate test results to laboratory clients and functions as primary resource for analysis of tests.
• Performs specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient results.
• Confirms abnormal and critical values, verifies quality control procedures, and develops solutions to problems concerning the generation of laboratory data.
• Adheres to the laboratory's quality control policies, and equipment policies.
• Performs testing and maintains records that demonstrate that samples are tested in the same manner as patient samples.
  Qualifications:
  
• ASCP Certification required
• New grads accepted but 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate as a team player.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be Washington MT or MLT certified or can become certified in this state
• Covid vaccine required, exemption offered if eligible
