This involves person centered recovery planning and collaborating with other services and agencies.Shifts Available:Full Time; PM 11:30 am - 8:00 pm; Sunday - Thursday (Sign On Bonus: $5,000)Expected starting wage range is $67,724.80 - $81,895.58. The full wage range goes up to $97,481.28. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.
