The Life Care Center in Port Townsend (SNF) is seeking LPN's to join our team and help continue give care for our short and long term patients.:We are in need of day and night shifts, both 12 hours ( 6a-6pm, 6pm-6am) with a rotating 3 day weekend off.:$2.00 Noc shift differential mileage reimbursement if commuting more than 30 miles one-way.:New graduates are welcome to apply!:Come and grow with us! Your role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patients condition. On a daily basis you must be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:* Graduated from an accredited LPN program* Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.* One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred* CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
