Requirements
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (05:30 - 18:00)
FLOAT REQUIRED: Perioperative Holding Unit
Staffing Ratios: 1:3
Patient Diagnoses:
100% Outpatients (5% pediatrics) cared for preoperatively and
postoperatively supporting to successful discharge home.
Neurological and Cardiovascular, TEE, Cardioversions, Biopsies,
Neuro, Peripheral Vascular
Special Procedures/Unit Details:
- Breathing Treatments
- Blood/Blood Products Administration
- Cardioversion / Defibrillation
- Cooling / Warming Blanket
- Obtain 12 Lead EKG
- Drains
- PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care
Certifications:
- ACLS, BCLS (REQUIRED)
Exp Required:
Phase 2 exp required, tele preferred
2 Yr Pre/Post Op Experience
