Problem-solving excites you!Are a flexible, team player that desires to work with a close-knit team.Thrive in a fast-paced clinic that is a part of a growing nationwide brand.Responsibilities of an Health Care Coordinator:Answer a high volume of phone calls.Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.Complete the entire patient registration progressCollect co-pays and deductibles for both in-network and out-of-network patients.Data entry in various software programs.Manage the clinic's closing duties.Assist with administrative marketing tasks.Assist the other Therapydia clinics in the region as needed.Health Care Coordinators Qualifications:2+ years of administrative experience.Previous experience in health care or patient care is preferredSuccessful completion of the Indeed skills assessments with a passing score.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Previous experience with G-Suite, RingCentral, WebPT, and Kareo is a plus!Stellar references.Health Care Coordinators Compensation$20/hour based on experience.Medical, dental, & vision insurance; FSA, STD, LTD, & Life InsuranceMatching 401K Plan15 days PTO + 10 paid company holidaysCompensation Range: $20 to $25/ hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
