Join Our Growing Surgery Team at The Animal Medical Center of Seattle!The Animal Medical Center of Seattle (AMCS) is excited to announce the expansion of our Surgery department, and we're looking for passionate and dedicated Licensed Veterinary Technicians to become a part of our dynamic team! • Licensed Veterinary Technicians: Must be currently licensed or eligible to become licensed in Washington State. We encourage technicians with VTS credentials or those interested in pursuing VTS certification to apply!
• Experienced Professionals: A minimum of 2 years in a veterinary hospital setting is required. While experience in specialty medicine is preferred, it's not mandatory.
• Surgical Expertise: Strong background in anesthesia, surgical preparation, maintaining sterile technique, and handling surgical instrumentation is highly valued.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift patients and inventory items up to 40 pounds.Compensation & Benefits:We offer competitive compensation based on experience and skills, with pay ranging from $30 to $40+/hr.
