Job Description:
The Assisted Director of Nursing supports the Director of
Nursing in managing the nursing department, ensuring quality care,
clinical outcomes, and care coordination.
They interact with all facility departments and lead, motivate,
educate, and mentor licensed and certified staff.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment
to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include an unrestricted RN/LPN license in Missouri,
current CPR certification, and ideally, two years of supervisory
experience in a healthcare setting.
The facility offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term
Medicare rehab in a comfortable, scenic environment, focusing on
compassionate, supportive care.
This full-time or part-time position involves in-person work in
Eureka, MO, with benefits like 401(k), health, dental, vision, life
insurance, and paid time off.
Relocation and commute to Eureka, MO, are required.
