Job Description:
: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide comprehensive
mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. The
LCSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing
psychotherapy, and developing treatment plans for patients dealing
with emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The ideal
candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for helping
others, and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a
supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychological assessments and interviews to
evaluate patients' mental health needs, conditions, and social
history. Provide individual, group, and family therapy to address a
wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments,
collaborating with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
to ensure holistic care. Use evidence-based therapeutic
interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
Provide crisis intervention and support for individuals in distress
or experiencing acute emotional crises. Support patients in
managing mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety,
trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Offer counseling and support
related to life transitions, grief, loss, relationship issues, and
coping strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
in compliance with privacy laws and ethical standards (e.g.,
HIPAA). Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including
physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff, to develop integrated
care plans. Educate patients and families about mental health,
treatment options, and community resources. Advocate for patients'
needs within the healthcare system and connect them with additional
services or resources, as necessary. Participate in ongoing
supervision, professional development, and case reviews to maintain
licensure and improve clinical skills.
