Unit Type: Cardiovascular OR Rooms: 18 Patient Ratio: 1:1 Local
Radius Rule: Must live 50 miles from facility (Locals not accepted)
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience (Required) Must
have scrub experience (Required) Washington RN License or Compact
RN License (Required – no pending licenses) BLS – Basic Life
Support (AHA – Required) Weekend availability required Must be open
to on-call and potential float to general OR
