Processing Tech (SPT) Facility Setting: Short Term Acute Care
Accepting Locals per Radius Rule: Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts: Nights Shift Details: Night 5x8-Hour (20:00 - 06:30) Weekly
Schedule: 40 Hours Certifications/License: Certs Required: CBSPD or
IAHCSMM CBSPD, CBSPD or IAHCSMM, IAHCSMM/HSPA Mandatory Experience:
Sterile Processing Tech Shift: 5x8 Days Daily Caseload per tech: 65
Surgical Cases; 1200 Tray Volume Weekend REQ: Yes Is on-call
required: Yes twice per month; rotating weekends Years of
Experience Required: 2 yr experience required Inpatient,
outpatient, and trauma setting experience required. Sterilization,
decontamination, assembly/wrap, case cart, HLD, and scrub
experience required. Should have experience in surgery cases such
as Ortho, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro,
Gyn, Bariatrics, Plastics, Podiarty, ENT, Transplant, Robotics, and
Implants. Opthalmology preferred. No longer accepting COVID-19
vaccination exemptions. Type of Facility: Level II Trauma Center
