Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Mammography Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 11/17/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a temp-to-hire position requiring at least 1 year of experience in adult outpatient clinics and valid BLS certification. Responsibilities - Work in a general outpatient clinic specializing in radiology and mammography - Monday through Friday, 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM - No weekend or on-call requirements - Position based at Beacon Hill clinic with possible occasional shifts at another clinic location as needed - Care for adult patients in an outpatient setting - Uses Epic EMR system; prior Epic experience required - Locals and non-locals are accepted; candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered local - Scrubs are provided - Must be available for interview and able to provide at least 2 supervisory references from the past three years - Candidate may be required to float within scope to nearby clinics as needed - Temp-to-hire conversion is mutually decided upon contract completion and is not mandatory - Minimal to no requested time off (RTO) is preferred; all RTO must be discussed before submission - All onboarding, background, and compliance items must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance - Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience as a mammography technologist in an adult outpatient clinic setting - Current BLS certification required - Proven Epic EMR experience required - License in hand required at time of offer; license required if applicable - Reliable transportation is required as public transportation is not permitted - Must provide proof of permanent address - First-time travelers are accepted - Candidates must be open to the possibility of permanent employment at the end of the contract Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-624535.
