Description This position is located onsite at Swedish - Cherry
Hill The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will collaborate with
physicians and staff to provide coordinated, comprehensive,

them. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - In PHARMACY
from an accredited School of Pharmacy or, - PharmD - In PHARMACY
from an accredited School of Pharmacy. - Washington Pharmacist
License upon hire. - Board Certified by the Board of Pharmacy
Specialties specific to area of practice within 2 years of starting
the role within 2 years of hire. - Pharmacy preceptor license in
applicable state as applicable upon hire. - 2 years of Senior
Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist experience within relevant practice
setting or, 5 years of pharmacy practice experience with at least 2
years of experience in relevant setting in lieu of PGY-1 and PGY-2
residency requirement. Preferred Qualifications: -
Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two
(PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent
