About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

in high acuity & high pace environment; highly prefer 5 years of
high-risk experience. License: Current WA or compact nursing
license required. Certifications: Required: BLS, NRP. Preferred:
ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate. Must-Have: Candidates
must have recent supervisory references. Description: Perm
candidates from other facilities are eligible for travel contracts
if separated for at least 3 months. All facilities honor active
compact licenses. Candidates with less than 3 years of experience
will not be considered. Candidates must have proof of required
certifications, which must be current. Candidates must pass
clinical review; no exceptions will be made. The unit does not
accept first-time travelers. Preapproved time off will be
considered on a case-by-case basis. Candidates will be required to
work every other weekend and holidays as needed. Floating is
required between postpartum and antepartum units. Average daily
census is 15 patients, with approximately 500-600 deliveries per
month. The unit functions in a high-risk, high-volume environment
with 4 operating rooms. Candidates must have experience providing
newborn care and be able to circulate and assist in deliveries.
Candidates should be able to provide care such as assessments and
injections to newborns. Staffing follows guidelines and values
experience. Candidates must be familiar with electronic fetal
monitoring. Skills required include assisting with high-risk and
vaginal deliveries, as well as various neonatal assessments.
Candidates must possess advanced nursing skills, including
knowledge of medications and emergency procedures. Scheduling needs
are posted every 6 weeks to meet unit requirements. Candidates
should acknowledge commuting distance and timing. Transportation
must be reliable for the role. No special scheduling requests will
be accommodated. Candidates are encouraged to secure housing prior
to starting work, considering local cost of living. Compliance with
onboarding items is mandatory and must be completed promptly.
Modules are non-billable and must be completed annually. Time spent
