Physician Assistant | Surgery - Cardiothoracic Location: Tacoma, WA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $212 to $222 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Locum Physician Assistant – Cardiothoracic Surgery | Tacoma, WA We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for a high-acuity inpatient locum assignment supporting a busy cardiac and thoracic surgery program with strong robotic case volume. Schedule: • 3–4 weekdays/week (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, may extend) • On call approx. 1:6 nights/weekends • Weekends required based on census Responsibilities: • OR first assist for cardiac & thoracic cases • Pre/post-op management, ICU & step-down coverage • Bedside procedures (chest tubes, lines) • Robotic-assisted thoracic surgery, CABG, valve & aortic cases Volume: ~20 patients/day 6–8 cardiac cases/week | 9–12 thoracic cases/week (mostly robotic) Compensation: • $212–$222/hr • Night call $432–$465 • 24-hr call $1,108–$1,368 • Holiday call up to $2,232 • Malpractice included Start: ASAP (credentialing ~90 days) EMR: Epic Apply with CV, availability, and credentials. Requirements • Board-Certified PA • 3 years CT surgery experience • WA license or IMLC • ACLS, BLS, DEA • Comfortable practicing independently Benefits ??
