Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care
Coordinator to support our client’s medical facility based in
Seattle, WA 98115 . This is a 3 month contract (Possibility of
extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start
working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Details: Job

Duration: 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension) Payrate:
$23-25/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational
qualifications. Shift: Mon - Fri (Business Hours). Job
Responsibilities: Manage patient check-in and check-out processes,
including verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and obtaining
necessary documentation. Greet and assist patients in person and
over the phone with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
Conduct patient outreach calls to schedule appointments, including
preventive care visits, follow up on care plans, and address
outstanding needs. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient
appointments, ensuring accuracy in patient records. Meet outreach,
scheduling, and preventive care quality targets and measures. Serve
as a primary resource for resolving patient inquiries or concerns.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy
regulations. Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth
patient flow and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records
and update electronic health records (EHR) systems. Support
training and onboarding of new patient service staff members.
Generate reports and assist in operational improvement projects.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years
of experience in a customer service setting highly preferred.
Experience in an outpatient clinic or similar healthcare setting
