Highlights: Thrive in a collaborative environment alongside six (6) experienced providers, MAs, RNs, and a supportive clinical staff. Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a 4-day schedule focused only on outpatient care with rotating Saturday shifts. Our employed Pediatric Hospitalists cover inpatient calls and newborn rounding. Weekly 1:12 call rotation shared among the providers. See a mix of well child and acute care visits in clinic. Opportunity to perform circumcisions, if desired. This is a full time position with a 36-hour patient contact time work expectation. Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and residents from our own SRH Residency Programs. This is a hospital-employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base. Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available! Qualifications: Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program. Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified. 2-3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply! Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by start. Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment. The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
