Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time
occupational therapy opportunity serves a diverse K-12 student
population across a school district in Everett, WA. The role
focuses on providing therapeutic services to students aged 3 to 22,
with a caseload of approximately 70 students. The position offers
the chance to work closely with an experienced Certified
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), fostering teamwork and
comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational
therapy services to a wide range of students in school settings,
addressing developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and
fine motor skills challenges. - Collaborate with educators,
families, and other professionals to develop and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs). - Conduct assessments,
set goals, and document student progress. - Provide direct therapy
interventions according to best practices and district guidelines.
- Participate in district-wide program development and team
meetings. Qualifications: - Valid Washington State Occupational
Therapy license is required. - Experience serving children and
adolescents, with a willingness to work with a broad age range
(3-22 years). - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - No
prior school-based experience is necessary; orientation and support
will be provided. Location and Schedule: - Onsite position based in
Everett, WA. - Full-time contract position (37.5 hours per week). -
Immediate start through June 12, 2026, with opportunity to extend
for the 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the chance to
