Job Description & Requirements Hematology - Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: •u0009Schedule: M – F 8a – 5p with 1 in 6 weekend call coverage (24 hour beeper call) •u0009Practice Setting: Outpatient •u0009Type of cases and required procedures: Standard Cases •u0009Credentialing timeframe: 90 Days •u0009EMR: Epic •u0009Certifications required: Must be Board Certified •u0009Licensure required: Must have active Washington license or active Compact letter Facility Location Located just north of Seattle, Everett is a charming city surrounded by Port Gardner.
