Bachelor's degree in nursing, health administration, organizational development, public health, or another related field required. Experience with change management, and lean six sigma principles working in a complex, integrated health system preferred. License/Certification Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington is required. Certified patient experience professional (CPXP) preferred.
