registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A contract Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity is
available in a Seattle, WA school setting for the Extended School
Year (ESY) program. This position supports student health and
wellness for the duration of the ESY, from July 6th through July
24th, working 3 to 4 days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
nursing care to students during the ESY program, promoting a safe
and healthy educational environment - Administer medications,
treatments, and emergency care as needed in accordance with care
plans and school policies - Collaborate with educators, parents,
and healthcare providers to address individual student health needs
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation - Implement
health education and prevention programs as required
Qualifications: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license -
Experience working as an RN in a school setting highly preferred -
Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams - Strong organizational and communication
skills - Knowledge of Pediatric nursing and student health care in
school environments Location:Seattle, Washington school-based
