incontinence, surgical procedures and/or trauma, skin/tissue
integrity, altered continence, wound vacs\"Common dutiesManages and
coordinates patient care/wound management in consults and
recommendations, accordance with established standards, defined
timelines and overall plan of care, documentation and billing,
discharge for supplies, identification, assessment, prevention and
continuing education, interdisciplinary collaboration, do provide a
