Geriatrics Board Certified WA License BLS WA DEA/CSR Covid
vaccination Facility: A Senior Care Facility Schedule: Dates: ASAP
- Ongoing Full time Call: 1 week night every 2-3 weeks; 1 weekend
every 2 months Assignment: Census: 14-16 patients per day Geriatric
population (65+) EMR: Epic
