An OB/GYN locum tenens provider is needed for call coverage. The provider will join a collaborative team that includes OB/GYNs, FP/OBs, and CNMs, supporting both obstetric and gynecologic care. This role requires strong clinical independence and comfort managing a wide range of OB/GYN cases.

• Coverage needed for 9 12 months
• 6 8 call shifts per month
• 24-hour call shifts (7 AM 7 AM)
• 20-minute response time required
• Multiple part-time locums accepted

• Provide OB and GYN call coverage for:
  • Labor & Delivery (L&D)
  • Emergency Department (ED)
• Manage:
  • Routine and complicated deliveries
  • OB inductions (from group)
  • Emergent GYN surgical cases
• Work within a multi-specialty clinic setting
• Collaborate with:
  • 2 OB/GYNs, 2 FP/OBs, 2 CNMs
  • Clinic staff (MA/LPN) and hospital L&D RNs
• Use Epic EMR system
• Respond to patient needs during call, including callback hours (avg 8 9 hours/day depending on weekday/weekend)

• Board-certified/eligible OB/GYN with full-scope OB experience
• Required procedures:
  • C-sections (including assisting/supervising)
  • Ectopic pregnancy management
  • Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
• Must be proficient in:
  • Fetal heart rate (FHR) interpretation
  • Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies
  • Routine and complicated deliveries
• Comfortable handling:
  • OB inductions
  • Emergent GYN surgeries
• Ability to work independently with high reliability and responsiveness
