A brand-new behavioral health hospital in the South Puget Sound area is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee their mid-sized facility.
As the CEO of the behavioral health facility, the incoming hospital executive will have overall responsibilities for the monetary, regulatory and personnel function of the facility. As an experienced healthcare executive, the incumbent CEO will be adept at handling a role in a highly scrutinized health care environment while maintaining a high-functioning facility.
The field of behavioral health faces many challenges in providing adequate treatment to those in need, and is a very underserved field. As the hospital executive, you will be responsible for developing an inclusive, healing environment for those in need, while maintaining a strong company culture, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective healthcare delivery. Utilizing previous behavioral health leadership experience, the CEO will build out childhood, adolescent and adult behavioral healthcare offerings, and expand on current processes and frameworks to continually improve overall functions of the facility.
