SITE MERCHANDISER

The site merchandiser has direct experience ideating and managing the design and customer journey of DTC eComm websites, as well as an intimate knowledge of digital shopping behaviors. Excellent communication skills, customer obsession and a dedication to producing high quality results are a must. The candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team and be a flexible, creative thinker that can pivot based on feedback or changes to priorities..
Responsibilities

• Introduce targeted programs to incentivize user engagement and enable personalized offerings.
• Work with the Marketing Analytics team and use internal tools to develop insightful reports about the site experience and customer journeys.
• Make recommendations based on data for site changes. Work with developers to create the most engaging and interactive apparel site to drive conversion.
• Be ready to go beyond - evolve the website to be a place where customers look for inspiration, purpose and growth in addition to shopping.
• Work with the Analytics team on the A/B Testing roadmap, execute informed and impactful tests and share the learnings.
• Create wireframes with the CX/UX lead for monthly site design needs and implementation.
• Act as liaison between a wide range of internal clients, including merchandising, product development, creative and finance.
• Engage the customer site experience to go beyond the website. Work with brand marketing to create interactive experiences that bring tomboys together around the world.
  Required Qualifications
  • Must be a digital commerce savant within the apparel or lifestyle industries.
  • Must be entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, accountable, and an innovator.
  • Ability to prioritize projects in a rapid growth, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple facets of the business.
  • 3+ years of experience in eComm site merchandising with a solid understanding of consumer research, product strategy and online promotion.
  • Must have a high taste level of design.
  • Experience creating functional wireframes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experienced using Shopify.
  • A design background is a plus!
