Job Description:

Join us at our offices in Seattles Belltown neighborhood as a Channel Customer Service Representative. Were looking for a self-motivated individual willing to jump in head first into a growing operations and sales team. The Channel Customer Service Representative at Zipwhip reports directly to the Director of Channel Development. The candidate should show an eagerness to learn Zipwhips business and sales model and an interest in working within a start-up culture. Strong candidates are great team players who know who to lean on and motivate others and individuals who take initiative. Responsibilities:

* Outbound calls to prospective channel customers

* Inbound sales support

* Working collaboratively with Account Executives and the Director of Channel to carry out sales campaigns

* Qualifying and participating in product demos

* Meeting monthly demo quotas

* Maintaining and updating Salesforce for relevant accounts * Scheduling demos and training both in person and via webinar conferences

Desired Experience:

* Technical sales background * Channel sales and territory management background * Experience building business and marketing plans with partners * Must have experience in delivering sales & technical training, and experience in working in a fast pace environment with revenue responsibilities * Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. * Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality * Outstanding organizational and time management skills * History of meeting and/or surpassing goals and quotas * Proficiency with desktop computers; MS Office, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
