The Boeing Company is hiring Manufacturing Hiring Managers (Level K) to support the Boeing Hiring for the All Business Unit in Everett, Auburn, and Renton, Washington.

This role would be to support the internal upskilling of non-employee requested transfer (ERT) job roles as a counterpart to Joint Programs Career Advisors and would integrate with existing ERT training pathways as appropriate.

They would act as a navigator/ counselor to support individuals and managers in awareness and use of upskilling pathways focused on growing technical expertise within the Equipment Maintenance and Aircraft Maintenance skill.

Position Responsibilities:
Integrate with Craft College and Training organizations to develop training pathways specific to maintenance crafts.
Standardizing use of Individual Training Plans (ITP) across sites and Business Units (BU).
Meets with all new employees and new employee managers to talk about opportunities for development plans.
One on one conversations with lower graded (2-6) positions to establish development plans to upskill to higher graded (6-10) positions.
Regularly scheduled check ins with upskilling lower graded (2-6) positions.
Regularly scheduled check ins with managers.

This position is a hybrid of onsite locations, various Puget Sound sites and recruiting travel.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years' experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
5+ years' experience working in a cross functional environment.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Excellent communicator.
Expert Microsoft Suite of tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Continuous Improvement experience.
Experience in One BPS (Boeing Production System).
Experience in motivating diverse teams.
Management experience
