Great opportunity for dedicated customer service/ admin professional looking to grow within the administrative field with potential for career advancement at a successful investment firm!Description:Job Duties and Functions: Greet and welcome all visitors Answer the phone and route incoming calls appropriately Ensure that conference rooms, meeting rooms and reception areas are ready for meetings Collate and distribute incoming mail/shipments; support outgoing mail/shipments as needed Manage the organizations office and storage space Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings; sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary Ordering and maintaining proper stock of supplies, food, and beverages throughout entire building Provide administrative support to 2-3 Investment Managers Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Expense coding Assist with the facilitys various vendors Special projects such as creating the Front Desk ManualSkills:-Administrative support- Ability to use all Microsoft Office applications- Strong professional customer service experience Office hours Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM$20/ hourly 6 month contract to hire
