Frank's Oyster House & Champagne Parlor is looking for a chef to lead our kitchen. Frank's is an upbeat and professional environment, combining classic East Coast comfort food with modern Pacific Northwest cuisine. We work with a variety of regional shellfish, seasonal organics and locally sourced meats.This is an opportunity to explore your own vision and creativity while working within the structure and security of a well-established neighborhood favorite.Budgeting, costing, labor, and kitchen management skills are required. The right candidate must have strong line cooking skills and be available to manage labor costs by filling in prep when necessary.The desire and ability to collaborate is crucial in this position.
