what you bring to the table
An experienced culinary leader is required for this role at one of
the top 10 largest employers in the world. A natural leader, the
ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and energy to the existing
team.
To be successful, the District Chef will be skilled at motivating
and developing team members and driving innovative culinary
offerings for multiple corporate dining outlets. The ability to
partner well with teammates and provide memorable experiences to
our clients is key.
Skills:
--- A minimum of five years culinary management experience
--- At least two years multi-site culinary management
experience
--- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on
quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and
presentation
--- High volume production and catering experience

Qualifications:
--- Culinary degree preferred
--- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education,
military, health care, and/or related food service operations
--- Experience managing cost controls
--- ServSafe certification preferred
