Compensation is DOE and includes a base salary, commissions,
bonuses, cash and non-cash awards, health insurance, vacation, and

Responsibilities
• Conduct policy reviews (in person, phone, or Zoom) and educate
and advise clients/prospects on their insurance policies to reveal
the unique benefits of our products and services that can help make
their lives easier at claim time i.e. eliminate gaps in coverage,
provide savings by maximizing new discounts and benefits, and
provide peace of mind knowing what they have, don't have, and
should have• Build relationships with your own network of family
and friends, existing clients, former clients, or prospects to
bring in 1 new client with an auto and home or other types of
business per day• Build professional business relationships with
Realtors, Accountants, Attorneys, Brokers etc. to cultivate
on-going referrals to you on a consistent basis• Provide world
class customer service in office, phone, text, email i.e. follow-up
on proposals, schedule policy reviews, process policy changes and
claims, save accounts from cancellations, answer billing and claims
questions
Requirements
• Speak and communicate in Vietnamese and English• Positive
