• Ensure the agency is operating efficiently and effectively by taking care of all administrative processes and procedures so advisors can spend time meeting with clients• Provide first-class service in the office by phone, text, email, zoom etc.• Schedule and confirm 3 meetings a day for advisors and a social media review a week. (We don't do cold calls)• Process and answer billing questions, payments, claims, alerts, certificates of insurance, policy changes, prepare and mail life policies to clients• Review coverages and retain clients• Follow-up on required documents for new business files and organize files electronically• Provide 1-2 leads from current clients and prospects for our advisors from servicing"At the end of the day, our success and significance is measured by how many problems we solved and how many lives we've touched." – Nido Qubein
