Job Description:
Job Summary and Mission Are you interested in being part of a
team that shapes the future of Customer and Retail technology at
Starbucks? As a program manager, you will take the initiative to
collaborate with various technical teams on highly innovative and
complex, cross-functional programs, that will bring amazing
customer experiences to the Starbucks mobile app and in-store
technology. You will own the executive-level reporting and status,
program budget and work closely with various stakeholder groups.
You will bring 8 to 10 years experience in shipping visible, large
cross-functional technical programs and will have the following
responsibilities, knowledge, and skills: Summary of Key
Responsibilities Program Planning: - You will bring Vision by
collaborating with dynamic stakeholders to define the Program
Scope, Deliverables and Critical Path dependencies - You will bring
Clarity to the team by developing schedule, budget, and resource
plan - You will bring Alignment and Transparency across to all
stakeholders by implementing a governance and reporting structure -
You will leverage your financial expertise by helping to define
program costs and secure program funding Program Execution: - You
are a multi-tasker and can drive more than one project - You bring
people together and can collaborate across cross functional
Technology and Business stakeholders - You sweat the details, but
you focus the team on what is most important with management of
schedule, budget, issues, and risks - You make things happen by
removing roadblocks and addressing future impediments now. - You
bring energy to the program by inspiring optimism, creativity,
shared commitment, and growth through times good and bad.
