agile, quick-thinking, energetic individual to join our office team
as a Front Desk/Customer Service Associate. The perfect candidate
for this role will have a positive, can-do attitude --- someone who
thrives in consistently growing, changing environments. While the
right person to take on this challenge will be expected to jump in
wherever needed, they must always make sure our customers remain
top priority. The Front Desk/Customer Service Associate will manage
and be responsible for front desk communications, so professional
attire, phone etiquette, and overall presentation are crucial. Are

If so, you may be the person we---re looking for Essential Duties
Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and a willingness
to get things done. Respond to customer inquiries and process
orders via phone & email. Come in with a friendly, positive
attitude and professional demeanor. Manage all direct sales from
the front office showroom. Maintain front desk communications &
support services (greet customers, answer questions, order office
supplies, distribute mail, etc.). Exhibit a strong attention to
detail and accuracy. Must be able to follow up & follow up in a
timely manner. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years
experience in an office environment. Intermediate PC proficiency in
Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Strong
organization skills and ability to keep workspace consistently
clean & tidy. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn new skills and complete tasks. Ability to
prioritize & coordinate a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
Capacity to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision on
