This position maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.\n\nOperates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas\nMaintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures.
