(This is a set hourly wage. No wage range exists). Non-Exempt,
Overtime Eligible This position may be eligible for longevity

TO SERVE AGENT As a Renaissance Front Desk Ambassador, you set the
stage for the entire guest experience. You’re often the first
person a guest meets, and your warm, genuine approach helps them
feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home. In this role, you create
meaningful connections by reading guest cues, tailoring your
service style, and offering personalized recommendations that
highlight the unique character of our hotel and the surrounding
area. You are an explorer, a problem-solver, and a
storyteller—someone who brings the local culture to life and helps
guests discover what makes our neighborhood special. By working
closely with teams throughout the hotel, you ensure every guest
enjoys a smooth, easy, and memorable stay from arrival to
departure. Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement & Service Greet
every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting.
Engage guests in conversation about their stay, needs, and
interests. Anticipate guest needs using verbal and nonverbal cues.
Assist guests with disabilities following proper guidelines. Handle
all guest requests, questions, and concerns via phone, email, chat,
or in person. Provide accurate information about amenities,
services, and local attractions. Follow up to ensure all guest
requests are completed to their satisfaction. Check-In / Check-Out
Process check-ins and check-outs, verify identity, secure payment,
and issue keys. Set up accurate accounts, verify billing, and
document exceptions. Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room
readiness. Approve late check-outs based on occupancy and maintain
accurate records. Manage room assignments and adjustments based on
guest preferences. Call Handling & Communication Answer calls using
proper etiquette (within 3 rings, smile in your voice, use guest
names). Direct calls, take messages, and record requests clearly.
Process wake-up calls and relay information to appropriate
departments. Communicate professionally with guests and teammates
at all times. Food & Beverage Support Take and process F&B
orders, answer menu questions, and enter transactions. Reports &
Records Run assigned daily reports and ensure accuracy. Log all
guest requests, incidents, and adjustments in the CRM system. Cash
Handling & Finance Process payments (cash, credit, debit, checks).
Balance and secure your bank at beginning and end of shift. Follow
accounting procedures for adjustments, paid-outs, and system
outages. Teamwork & Professionalism Maintain strong working
relationships across all departments. Support coworkers,
communicate effectively, and handle sensitive issues with respect.
Keep uniform and appearance clean and professional. Follow all
policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines. Safety &
Security Follow emergency procedures and report any unsafe
conditions immediately. Maintain awareness of property security
concerns. Notify Security of incidents such as theft reports. Other
Duties Assist with parking/valet communication and dispatch.
Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors.
