READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM? The AP / Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle A/P and Payroll Administration. We offer Great Benefits including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Match, Life Ins, Paid Time Off and so much more THIS POSITION: Your responsibilities in this role Fulfill full-cycle A/P Process bi-weekly Payroll in Paylocity Data entry for all vacation and sick, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc. Prepares and maintains related payroll records and reports Assist the Accounting Department with administrative tasks Provide support to internal business partners Carry out additional projects as required Help with internal and external audits as required Sort, register scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Payroll experience required Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and listening. Thorough understanding of Coding Invoices Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with team members of all levels of the organization. Highly organized with the ability to change priorities quickly Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Able to complete work with accuracy and high level of attention to detail. Plan and prioritize daily work activities to meet strict deadlines. Ability to learn new assignments quickly.
