Fuel Talent is seeking Technical Recruiter who is excited about the unique combination of technology, sales, company building, and teamwork. From staff augmentation and project/business specific solutions to direct (permanent) placement services, Fuel Talent's full life cycle technical recruiter will deliver quality IT professionals, covering all the latest technologies, on a time-sensitive basis. This person must have an interest in and strong aptitude for all of the latest technology languages, systems, etc. This role is responsible for all steps associated with identifying, placing and managing candidates for full time and contract positions. This role will be responsible for being "in" the tech community.

Essential Functions for the recruiting part of the role:
As a recruiter you are responsible for placing qualified candidates. This entails the following:

Identification Process:
--- Utilize internal and external database and tools to identify potential candidates
--- Post jobs to increase available candidate pool
--- Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment
--- Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs, meet ups, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools and outplacement services

Hiring Process:
--- Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
--- Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background checks
---Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms
---Maintain excellent documentation

Management Process:
--- Prepare resumes for presentation to clients
--- Coach candidates through the client interview process
--- Build relationships with candidates through various activities
